Cold-chain shipping is free on orders over $150. Under $150, a flat cold-chain handling fee is calculated at checkout based on destination.
Tracking & delivery
A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. All packages ship with tracked service. Domestic US transit is typically 1–3 business days; international transit varies by destination.
