PeptoraX Affiliate Program

1. Eligibility

The program is open to applicants 18+ who operate a website, newsletter, podcast, or social channel focused on laboratory research, biochemistry, scientific education, or research-supply review. We do not accept applicants whose primary audience is consumers seeking peptides for personal or human use.

• You must own or have permission to publish on the channel listed in your application.
• No incentivized traffic (paid-to-click, autosurf, cashback, coupon-stuffing).
• No bidding on “PeptoraX” or close variants in paid search.
• No spam email, SMS, or push-notification campaigns.

2. FTC disclosure requirements

US law (FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials, 16 CFR Part 255) requires you to clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to PeptoraX whenever you promote our products. This is non-negotiable and we audit for it.

• Placement: Above the fold, before any affiliate link — not buried in a footer.
• Video: Verbal disclosure in the first 30 seconds and on-screen text.
• Social: Use #ad or #affiliate at the start of the caption. Platform-native tags (Instagram Paid Partnership, YouTube “includes paid promotion”) do not replace this.
• Email: Disclose before the first affiliate link in every send.

3. Prohibited claims & conduct

PeptoraX products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes — not for human consumption. Affiliate content must reflect this. The following will result in immediate termination and forfeit of unpaid commissions:

• Any claim that our peptides treat, cure, prevent, diagnose, or mitigate disease.
• Dosing instructions, reconstitution protocols, or injection guidance for human use.
• Before/after photos, weight-loss claims, anti-aging claims, performance-enhancement claims, or bodybuilding endorsements.
• Targeting minors, athletes subject to anti-doping rules, or audiences in jurisdictions where research-chemical sale is restricted.
• Implying FDA approval, clinical endorsement, or medical professional recommendation.
• False scarcity, fake reviews, or fabricated Certificates of Analysis.
• Trademark infringement, typosquatting, or domains containing “peptorax”.

4. Commissions & payouts

• Rate: 10% of net product subtotal (excludes tax, shipping, refunds, chargebacks).
• Attribution: Last-click, 30-day cookie. Self-referrals do not qualify.
• Holding period: 30 days after order ship date to account for returns.
• Payout: Net-30 monthly, when balance ≥ $50. PayPal or US ACH. International ACH where supported.
• Tax: US affiliates must submit a W-9 before first payout. Non-US affiliates submit a W-8BEN. You are responsible for income tax on commissions.
• Reversals: Commissions on refunded, chargebacked, or fraud-flagged orders are reversed.

5. Trademark & content use

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the PeptoraX name, logo, and approved product images solely to promote your affiliate link. You may not modify the logo, imply partnership beyond “affiliate,” or register domains/handles containing our marks.

6. Data, privacy & tracking

Referral tracking uses a first-party cookie set on click of your unique link. We share with you only aggregate performance data (clicks, orders, commission). We never share customer PII. You are responsible for your own privacy policy disclosing affiliate cookie use to your audience, as required by GDPR (EU/UK) and CPRA (California).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Unpaid commissions on qualified orders earned before termination remain payable, except where termination is for breach of these terms (in which case unpaid commissions are forfeit).

8. Apply

Tell us about your channel. We review applications within 5 business days and respond by email. Approval is not automatic.
