Research Use Agreement

1.1 Exclusive research purpose. All products sold by PeptoraX are intended strictly and exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Products MUST NOT be used for: (a) human consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, or any human administration; (b) veterinary use or animal consumption of any kind; (c) diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes; (d) compounding any product intended for human or animal use; (e) any application outside legitimate in-vitro scientific research.

1.2 Product scope. This RUA covers all products including research-grade peptide compounds, laboratory supplies, and ancillary supplies such as Bacteriostatic Water intended for laboratory reconstitution purposes only.

1.3 Not FDA approved. No products have been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use. These are not drugs, medications, dietary supplements, or consumer products.

1.4 Regulatory statement. Ascora LLC operating as PeptoraX is a research chemical and laboratory supply company only. It is NOT a compounding pharmacy under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. It is NOT an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

By purchasing, you certify that: (2.1) you are 21 years of age or older; (2.2) you are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, educator, or other legitimate research professional with knowledge and training to handle research-grade compounds and laboratory supplies safely; (2.3) you are purchasing solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory or scientific research purposes; (2.4) you will NOT use any product for human or animal consumption, therapeutic purposes, or any application outside of legitimate scientific research; (2.5) you will handle, store, and use all products per applicable laboratory safety standards; (2.6) you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction; (2.7) you are solely responsible for determining the legality of purchasing these compounds in your jurisdiction; (2.8) you are not purchasing for resale to the general public or any consumer application; (2.9) providing false information to obtain research compounds may violate federal and state law.

3.1 You must be 21 or older to access this Site and purchase any product.

3.2 PeptoraX reserves the right to request proof of age and cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

4.1 No health claims. PeptoraX makes no claims that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, condition, or health issue. All information is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

4.2 Purity and documentation. PeptoraX provides research-grade peptide compounds verified to >99% purity via HPLC and mass spectrometry by independent third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis per batch is provided with every order. Purity levels represent batch averages and individual vials may vary.

4.3 No liability for misuse. Ascora LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, illness, death, legal consequence, or other damage arising from misuse or unauthorized use of any product, including use for human or animal consumption.

5.1 PeptoraX operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing research chemical distribution.

5.2 PeptoraX reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel any account, or discontinue any product to maintain regulatory compliance.

5.3 Buyers are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to purchase, importation, possession, and use of research compounds in their jurisdiction.

5.4 International buyers are solely responsible for compliance with import regulations in their country.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ascora LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising from: (a) your breach of any representation or warranty herein; (b) your misuse of any product; (c) your violation of any applicable law; (d) any third party claim related to your use of our products.

7.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASCORA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

7.2 TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8.1 Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

8.2 Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Houston, Texas under American Arbitration Association rules.

8.3 You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
